Google to Empower More Women in AI

Google is committed to empowering women in artificial intelligence (AI) and has launched several initiatives to achieve this goal. One such initiative is the Women Techmakers Scholars Program, which provides scholarships to women pursuing degrees in computer science and related fields. The program has supported over 1,000 women globally since its inception in 2015.
Google has also established the Women in AI research initiative, which brings together researchers from academia and industry to address the underrepresentation of women in AI. The initiative focuses on developing new AI technologies that are inclusive and beneficial to all.
In addition, Google has partnered with organizations such as the National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT) to provide mentorship and training opportunities to women in AI. Through these initiatives, Google aims to create a more diverse and inclusive AI ecosystem where women can thrive.
