Harry Styles wore a shimmering rainbow harlequin jumpsuit to the 2023 Grammys, where he is nominated in six categories and scheduled to perform as well. Designed by Egonlab, the look’s low-cut square neckline showcased a wide swatch of the singer’s chest and a select number of his more than 50 tattoos, including a butterfly on his sternum and a pair of swallows above his pecs. For balance, Styles kept the rest of his red-carpet look simple, with bone-colored boots, a gold cross necklace, a handful of rings, and his signature tousled waves.
Styles has never been afraid to take risks on the red carpet, from rocking a feather boa or carrying a Gucci purse. But risks sometimes don’t pay off: He recently suffered a wardrobe malfunction when his pants split open during a concert in Inglewood, California. But the beloved pop star handled the mishap so gracefully that it became endearing instead of embarrassing.
Tonight Harry Styles stands to take home one or more Grammy Awards, for album of the year and best pop vocal album for Harry’s House, and record of the year, song of the year, best pop solo, and best music video for “As It Was.” Of course, he is already a Grammy winner, having taken home best pop solo performance for “Watermelon Sugar” in 2021.
