Pictures from Britney Spears’s fairytale wedding to Sam Asghari have already emerged, and some of our favorites show Selena Gomez looking chic as hell in a blue jumpsuit—and like she is having the absolute time of her life. The Only Murders in the Building actor paired the bright, strapless one-piece with black platforms and loose, beachy hair.
Aside from the actual married couple, Gomez appeared to be having more fun than anybody else at the magical event, judging by the photos. Via Page Six, she was pictured dancing like nobody was watching, clutching Spears and Drew Barrymore in an adorable group hug; in another photo that rightfully belongs in the Louvre, Gomez kneels in front of the bride and groom like a devoted subject to her king and queen while Kathy Hilton appears to be speaking into a microphone in the background.
Except for the minor yet highly disturbing incident in which Spears’s ex-husband Jason Alexander attempted to crash the event and was subsequently removed from the property by the police, the wedding appears to have been a smashing success and an A+ party. Spears was also pictured hugging (and kissing) her old pal Madonna and, apparently having kicked off her shoes, getting down with her old backup dancer Willie Gomez.

Gomez has been a staunch supporter of Spears and her good friend for a long time. Back in July 2021, Gomez sent her a sweet care package with a bikini and some makeup products to show her love, which Spears posted on Instagram, gushing, “Thank you for surprising me with this gift … I’ve been looking for shimmers.” Anyone who’s been following Spears-related news knows that she’s been waiting for this wedding day for a long time, and we’re all happy that Gomez got to share it with her.
