**Kontoor Brands Announces Appointment of New Chief Financial Officer**

Kontoor Brands, Inc. (NYSE: KTB), a global lifestyle apparel company, announced today the appointment of Ken Wyker as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective January 30, 2023. Mr. Wyker will assume the role from interm CFO Tom Waldron, who will continue to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Wyker joins Kontoor Brands with over two decades of financial leadership experience, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Victoria’s Secret & Co. Prior to that, he held various finance leadership roles at Gap Inc., including Senior Vice President of Finance for Gap North America and Senior Vice President of Finance for Gap International. He also served as Vice President of Finance for Saks Fifth Avenue and held various financial management positions at Macy’s, Inc.
