In the first nine months of 2022, the Turin-based company paid dividends worth €6.1 million and bought back shares worth €4.8 million. BasicNet also acquired a 100% stake in K-Way France for €33.4 million.
BasicNet has decided that in November all its employees will receive an additional monthly salary as a goods and services allowance, to be spent within 12 months to pay (or be reimbursed for) utility bills, petrol, school fees, transport and food expenses.
