Crocs kicks off Croctober, unveils Crocs Classic Cowboy Boot. – Crocs

The month-long festivities began Thursday with the highly-anticipated unveiling of one of the most fan-requested shoe designs in the brand’s history – the Crocs Classic Cowboy Boot. Set to launch on Croc Day, a fan-initiated holiday observed annually on October 23, the Crocs Classic Cowboy Boot boasts a high-shine croc-embossed texture and western-inspired stitching.

The boot comes adorned with unique metallic Jibbitz charms, adding an extra layer of personalization, and a groundbreaking spin-able spur charm attached to the shoe’s backstrap. The Crocs Classic Cowboy Boot will be available on Crocs.com and select Crocs retail stores beginning October 23 for a limited time.

“It’s the most wonderful time of the year – Croctober – a time to celebrate the most imaginative fans in the world and this year is no exception,” said Heidi Cooley, chief marketing officer at Crocs.

“Croc Day was born by our fans so we couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate them than by bringing their ideas to life not just for one day, but all month long. At Crocs, we stan our fans!”

Beyond footwear, throughout the month, Crocs will spotlight the work of its most creative and fearless fans from around the world, known as Crocs Stars. These enthusiasts have created everything from Crocs-themed cakes to life-sized Crocs costumes, and their contributions will highlighted across Crocs’ platforms and in in-store activations.

To culminate the month-long celebration, Crocs will pay tribute to its worldwide community by unveiling the ‘Crocstellation’. This new constellation, shaped like a giant Classic Clog, will be a permanent fixture in the night sky. Fans worldwide can get a glimpse of the Crocstellation by visiting crocs.com and accessing an exclusive AR filter to experience it for themselves.
